Detached 4 person chalet on the water near Alphen aan den Rijn

Looking for peace and quiet but still close to the city of Alphen aan den Rijn? This detached four-person chalet is quietly located by the water and only four kilometers away from the center of Alphen aan den Rijn. The ground-level chalet has a spacious bright living room with an open kitchen and two bedrooms. You can explore the Green Heart of Holland at your leisure by car, walking or cycling. Visit the Avifauna bird park, walk in the Zaanse Rietveld or discover the Leiden museum. Furthermore, the towns of Leiden, Zoetermeer and Gouda are in the immediate vicinity.

Layout

Through the entrance with coat rack and toilet you enter the spacious living room with a 2.5 seat sofa and armchair. The open kitchen has a dining area, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven-microwave combination, filter coffee machine, kettle and cutlery. The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious storage closet, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and a washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available. The garden is enclosed with a fence by the water and has a comfortable garden set with parasol. You can park at the vacation home.

From cozy Alphen aan den Rijn, take a beautiful bike ride to Leiden, also known as the Key City. The city has the oldest university in the Netherlands and a rich history in beautiful buildings and sights. Also, definitely bike to the seaside town of Katwijk aan Zee and get a breath of fresh air on the beach. There are many other cycling and walking tours in the area, past towns, meadows and beautiful lakes. There is plenty to do in Alphen aan den Rijn, so experience Dutch history at Archeon Museum Park or watch the most fantastic birds at Avifauna Bird Park. Would you rather go on a city trip? Amazing cottage in the landscape out of Amsterdam. peace, relax and wonderful lake with sweet ducks near us. Fully furnished and few km from the Alphen center.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem sehr schönen Ort. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Ausserdem ist man in ca. einer Stunde mit dem Zug in Amsterdam, Rotterdamm oder am Meer.

Außenbereich ungepflegt,viele Spinnweben an Fenstern.Sofafuß war kaputt,selber repariert.Sehr kleines Sofa.Verstopftes Abflußsieb in Dusche ausgebaut und gereinigt.Keine Info wo Altglas entsorgt wird.Nur eine große Bettdecke im Schlafzimmer.
Großes Ferienhaus,gute Zimmeraufteilung.Schöne Lage in der Natur.Wenige Fahrradminuten bis Zentrum Alphen.
