Luxury 4 person holiday home with whirlpool in the woods near Epe on the Veluwe.

In the middle of the woods and near the heathland is this luxury four-person holiday home. The holiday home is situated together with three more holiday homes on a large forest plot of about one hectare. The holiday homes are located 40 meters apart and are only intended for recreational stays. Enjoy peace, privacy and the beautiful nature with many different species of birds, rabbits and squirrels. The Veluwe lends itself further for wonderful walking and cycling tours. Do you want more entertainment? From your holiday home in Epe you can make nice trips with the whole family. In the vicinity are beautiful playgrounds, amusement parks and zoos. Beautiful nature reserves can be found in all directions, interesting places are within a short distance and you will find many sights for both young and old.

Layout

Entirely single-storey house. Modern and cosy living room with lots of light. The spacious dining and sitting area is generous and fully equipped with oled television which you can stream to from your own account on your mobile. . The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a combi microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge, kettle and a four-burner cooker. There are two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. There is a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. From the living room you can access the terrace through the garden doors. Outside you will also find the hot tub.

On the grounds there is a shed with a washing machine, clothes pegs and drying racks for common use.

Epe, Gelderland

Epe is in the middle of the Hoge Veluwe National Park, where you will find a succession of habitats of indigenous big game such as deer, red deer and wild boar. This beautiful area with its deciduous and coniferous forests, heathland and wild sand drifts is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet and endless cycling and walking tours. Epe also has an extensive range of shops and many restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Visit atmospheric little places like the old fortified town of Hattem and go shopping in big cities like Zwolle, Apeldoorn and Deventer. For a day out, visit recreational lake Kievitsveld, Walibi Holland or one of the many castles in the area.

Hoewel het huisje aan de buitenkant niet veel warmte uitstraalt, is de binnenkant dat zeker wel. De woning is zeer compleet en het bubbelbad is de kers op de taart. Wat een rust in en om het huisje

We hebben genoten. Lieve eigenaren.
Lekker rustig in de Veluwe.
We zijn weer opgeladen. Voor een onverwachten onbewusten ongewilden
veelste jong FASE in ons leven.
22 decem 2023 kreeg mijn liefste een heel slecht bericht in het ziekenhuis.

We hebben met Peter en mijn moeder en haar hondje een fijn weekend gehad.
