This spacious six-person holiday home with beautiful garden is located in Holten, near the Borkeld nature reserve. This beautiful area lies at the beginning of the Salland Ridge. Enjoy walking or cycling the beautiful routes through vast heathlands, rolling hills and beautiful forests. There are also a number of beautiful cities in the vicinity. For example, discover the historical charm of Deventer, known for its cosy markets and old town centre. Or visit idyllic Zutphen with its beautiful buildings and atmospheric streets. The cosy living room has two sofas, armchairs, television and wood-burning stove. Through the dining area with sliding doors, you enter the kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and electric hob. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with two single beds, one with three single beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a toilet, shower and bathtub. The sliding doors in the living room and dining area open onto the veranda with garden furniture. Outside is a spacious garden surrounded by forest. Here you can enjoy the peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

You will be surprised by the Sallandse Heuvelrug, with the highest point being the Holterberg near Nijverdal, where the last wild grouse in the Netherlands still live. For example, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is nearby and you will find the Fire Brigade Museum in Rijssen, Wonderryck (nature experience centre) in Denekamp and Rijksmuseum Twenthe in Enschede.
