Modern 12-person villa located directly at the Kraaijenbergse Plassen
This 12-person villa is located on the beautiful Kraaijenbergse Plassen near Nijmegen. The chalet is part of a new vacation park with all modern conveniences. Think of a restaurant, bike and boat rental and an animation team. The Kraaijenbergse Plassen are ideal if you like to be on and around the water. Fishing, boating and sunbathing on the beach are all possible from this eight-person chalet. The nearby city of Nijmegen is also well worth a visit. Dive into the vibrant nightlife or immerse yourself in history dating back to Roman times. The Staatsbossen Sint Anthonis are located south of this vacation park and offer opportunities to discover the diverse nature. Both for young and old, there is something for everyone!
Layout
The living room is furnished with a sitting area and television. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave and kettle, among other things. There are six bedrooms, one downstairs and five on the second floor. One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has bunk beds and the remaining bedrooms have two single beds. There are three bathrooms, two with a shower and sink and one with a shower, sink and toilet. There is another separate toilet. Outside there is a garden with furniture and two cars can be parked at the villa.

- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
- Exterior and interior may vary from holiday accommodation.
- Tourist tax is 4% of the rental price.
- Please note that this holiday park is located in the countryside. This means that the Wi-Fi is not always optimal.
- Please note! All homes at Holiday Park Kraaijenbergse Plassen are equipped with a Nespresso machine. The Nespresso capsules are only available at the reception desk. They are therefore not regular cups.

This nature reserve consists of heathland, forest and sand drifts where you will find many walking and cycling routes. Moreover, you can be in Germany in no time, which also has beautiful nature. Within cycling distance is the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen, founded by the Romans, which has numerous historical features such as De Waagh or the Valkhofpark and many museums. You can also enjoy excellent shopping or the many restaurants and cafés. Want to go out with the children? Then visit Playground De Leemkuil or the War Museum Overloon.
