Beautiful chalet for four people on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug

You can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this four-person chalet in the beautiful surroundings of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The chalet is situated in a holiday park with many playing fields and playground equipment. The recreation area Hemschotermeer is within walking distance. Here you can enjoy swimming or relax by the water. In the vicinity of the holiday park you'll find woods, heath and sand drifts which you can explore by bike. You can easily rent a bike at the reception of the holiday park. Because of the central location many nice trips can be made. How about sniffing up some culture or shopping in the nice cities of Amersfoort and Utrecht. In short, all ingredients are available for a natural holiday for young and old!

Layout

This detached chalet for four people has a living room with a sitting area, television and electric heater. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, oven, induction cooker and a fridge-freezer. There are two bedrooms in this chalet. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. In the bathroom you will find a toilet and shower. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture and you can park one car directly at this chalet.

  • Please note that it is not possible to place a child bed in the bedroom in this holiday accommodation.
  • The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
  • The interior / exterior of the holiday homes may differ.
  • The Park is under development, so construction work is currently taking place. The nuisance should be limited as much as possible.
  • Everyone over 18 years old pays tourist tax, you can indicate the ages in the comments during the booking process.
  • It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.

Location and surroundings

Maarn, Utrecht

Maarn is a special village nominated for Unesco's World Heritage List. In fact, Maarn is one of the last intact garden villages in the Netherlands. The village is located in the National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug which boasts a variety of landscapes and animals. The forests and estates are ideal for walkers, and there are also numerous beautiful routes for cyclists. For example, take the castle route that leads you through the woods from castle to castle or walk to the pleasant day recreation area Henschotermeer. Take up the challenge and climb the Zonheuvel, De Maarnse Berg, the Sint-Helenaheuvel or the Doornse Kaap. Prefer a day of shopping? Then head to Veenendaal, Amersfoort or Zeist.

Prettig huisje. Het was geen lekker weer, dus helaas hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van de buitenplek die er fijn uitzag. Zelf waren we met een jong kindje en was de bartafel niet heel handig. Ook het bed was voor ons wat kort en hard. Desalniettemin wel een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.
