Beautiful 5 person Lodge on a holiday park near Markelo - Twente

This five-person holiday home is located at the Hessenheem Holiday Park. The Holiday Park is located on the edge of the beautiful Twente town of Markelo. A unique piece of the Netherlands that is worth exploring. In the area you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips through the green nature. The landscape is interspersed with forests, meadows and rivers. On the holiday park itself there is a nice restaurant, a lunch room and a snack bar. There is also an All Weather Tennis Court, but also a covered tennis court at your disposal, there is a beautiful outdoor playground and of course the beautiful outdoor swimming pool for the summer months.

Layout

The lodge has a bright, attractively furnished living room with a sitting area, SMART TV, an open kitchen and dining table. The modern kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a four-burner stove, fridge, combi microwave, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Through the large glass sliding doors you reach the spacious, sunny terrace with lounge set. There is a storage room with a washer / dryer combination. There is parking for one car at the lodge, a second car can be parked in the central car park.

  • Pets are allowed in a number of this type of holiday home. If you cannot specify a pet during the booking process, there is unfortunately no longer any availability for a stay with pets in the desired period.
  • Some properties of this type have a gas fireplace. This cannot be booked with preference.

Twente is known for its hospitality, which you will undoubtedly experience here. In this area, you will also find many historic castles with beautiful gardens, restored wind and water mills and authentic villages. Each one worth a visit. This area is a true paradise for cyclists, hikers and Nordic walkers, because during the trips, each route provides a different scenery. Do you like to go to the big city? Then Enschede, Hengelo, Almelo and (a little further away) Deventer are recommended. For a day out in the area, the five-star route through the Hof van Twente, the castles tour (by bike), Museumboerderij Erve Brooks and Avonturenpark Hellendoorn are fun and suitable for the whole family.

Standaard commercieel huisje, noodzakelijke aanwezig, wat kleine gebreken c.q. noodzakelijk onderhoud. Helaas geen horren, waardoor de ramen dicht moesten en het erg warm werd binnen. Vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel.
