Luxury 4 person Lodge on a family park near Markelo - Twente

This luxurious four-person Tiny House is located at Holiday Park Hessenheem. The Holiday Park is ideal for families and is located on the edge of the beautiful Twente town of Markelo. A unique piece of the Netherlands that is definitely worth discovering. In the area you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips through the green nature. The landscape is interspersed with forests, meadows and rivers. On the holiday park itself there is a nice restaurant, a lunchroom and a snack bar. There is also an All Weather Tennis court, but also an indoor tennis court at your disposal, there is a beautiful outdoor playground and of course the beautiful outdoor pool for the summer months.

Layout

Bright, tastefully decorated living room with sitting area, SMART TV, an open kitchen and dining table. The modern kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances such as a four-burner hob, fridge, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Via the large sliding glass doors you reach the spacious, sunny terrace with lounge set. A washer dryer combination is at your disposal in the storage room. There is space to park one car next to the house; you can park a second car in the car park at the entrance to the park.

Location and surroundings

Twente is known for its hospitality, which you will undoubtedly experience here. In this area, you will also find many historic castles with beautiful gardens, restored wind and water mills and authentic villages. Each one worth a visit. This area is a true paradise for cyclists, hikers and Nordic walkers, because during the trips, each route provides a different scenery. Do you like to go to the big city? Then Enschede, Hengelo, Almelo and (a little further away) Deventer are recommended. For a day out in the area, the five-star route through the Hof van Twente, the castles tour (by bike), Museumboerderij Erve Brooks and Avonturenpark Hellendoorn are fun and suitable for the whole family.

Rustig gelegen huisje op een mooie plek in het park. Prima ingericht en alles was er. Heerlijk gegeten on restaurant de Loep.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad, huis was verrassend schoon itt huisjes van Landal enz.
Een minpunt vonden we de onderlakens, die geen instopstrook hadden, waardoor ik iedere ochtend het bed weer kon opmaken. Matrassen zijn namelijk glad, dus laken glijdt er makkelijk ervan af. Verder top!
