Welcome to this beautiful 6-person luxury water villa with sauna on Holiday Park IJsselmeer, located in the watery town of Medemblik. The holiday park itself is situated opposite the IJsselmeer and in the town of Medemblik. This town is a tourist attraction with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The house is located in the unique West Frisian landscape and offers numerous opportunities for recreation. Are you a real nature lover and do you like walking and cycling? Then this is the place to be. And avid water sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here: swimming, sailing or kite surfing: it's all possible here! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading town dating back to the VOC era. Definitely fun to spend a day! If you return to the park at the end of the day, you can take a dive in the heated indoor swimming pool with slide. You can have a bite to eat in the brasserie with its terrace by the water.
This water villa is suitable for 6 persons, is sustainable and has solar panels and an air/water heat pump. On the ground floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, filter coffee machine, water boiler and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and a second separate toilet. One of the showers is equipped with a sunshower. There is also a sauna and storage room upstairs. From the living room you have a view on the garden which is generously laid out with a decking area at the water's edge. You have two parking spaces at your disposal.

Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.
