Welcome to this luxurious six-person wellness water villa with bubble bath, sauna and sun shower at Holiday Park IJsselmeer, located in the water-rich Medemblik. The holiday park itself is located opposite the IJsselmeer and in the town of Medemblik. This town is a tourist attraction with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The house is located in the unique West Frisian landscape and offers you numerous opportunities for recreation. Are you a real nature lover and do you like walking and cycling? Then it is here to enjoy optimally. And fervent water lovers can also indulge themselves here: swimming, sailing or kite surfing: it's all possible here! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading city from the VOC era. Definitely nice to spend a day! When you are back at the park at the end of the day, you can take a dip in the heated indoor pool with slide. You can have a bite to eat in the brasserie with a terrace on the water.

Layout

Ultimate relaxation, that is central to this luxurious water villa. The villa is suitable for six people and has 2 floors with a staircase. On the ground floor you will find a cosily furnished living room with television. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and filter coffee maker. There are three bedrooms, one bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other bedrooms are on the first floor and have two single beds. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower (sun shower), sauna and bath. There are also two separate toilets. From the living room you have a view of the garden and the water. Here you will find a terrace with a roof and garden furniture, a hot tub and a barbecue. You also have two parking spaces available.

Particularities

  • Prior to your arrival, the bubble bath is completely emptied, ecologically cleaned and refilled with water. The national hygiene standards are applied here.
  • Due to the sustainable construction of this holiday home, it is possible that the water of the bubble bath has not yet reached the desired temperature at the time of your arrival. Of course the bubble bath can be used immediately.
  • It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
  • The interior can vary per house.
  • The resort reserves the right to request a deposit from all guests on site.
  • There are pet-free vacation rentals and vacation rentals that allow pets. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process? Unfortunately there is no vacation home available in which pets are allowed.

Medemblik is a picturesque town with old houses, narrow streets and picturesque facades. Medemblik and its surroundings offer a wealth of opportunities for relaxation: beautiful walking and cycling routes, the old cozy city center with many terraces and the authentic market on Saturdays in the summer months. Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.

It was a Great stay, as the Wellness facilities are amazing in the house and also the Pool area is Fine.

Wij hadden een welness huisje. Heerlijk, vooral het bubbelbad.
Op het park zag alles er keurig uit.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Het huisje en sanitair was schoon, alleen onder de bedden en kasten lagen veel stoflokken, welke omhoog waaide als je iets neerzette, en zelfs nog een paar sokken van andere vakantie gangers.
Zelf even gestofzuigd. Opgelost.
