Launch your boat and enjoy the soothing lapping of the water, rent a sloop and cast your fishing rod, or relax with a good book on the spacious terrace. The small village of Nes is located in the province of Friesland, close to Heerenveen and near Akkrum, about 20 kilometres south-east of Leeuwarden. This region offers excellent opportunities for all kinds of water sports activities, such as sailing, fishing and canoeing. The Sneekermeer lake, located nearby, is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts. Here you can really enjoy the watery environment.

Layout

The living room has a seating area with a comfortable sofa, two chairs and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has an open-plan layout and includes an electronic hob, combi microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and a filter coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, double sink and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Outside, you can make use of a furnished terrace on two sides.
