This lovely 4-person holiday home with hot tub is located on the holiday park Roodewoud in the province of Drenthe, in the town of Rolde. The holiday homes are surrounded by wooded and authentic surroundings. Equipped with most state-of-the-art innovations, you can enjoy pure nature and every luxury in a completely sustainable way. Completely self-sufficient. A vast nature park for the endless outdoors, but also the luxury of your own hot tub or a wine cooler for that relaxing drink. From the moment you walk into your holiday home, you can really press pause. Time to breathe. Surrender to nature and experience the silence of the surroundings. That exact combination of luxury premium, small-scale attention and the opulence of nature makes a holiday at holiday park de Roodewoud a special and pleasant experience.

Layout

The luxury holiday home is fully ground-floor and has a cosy living room furnished with, among other things, a sofa, lounge chair and television. The kitchen includes a combi-oven, milk frother, wine cooler, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, induction hob, fridge, Quooker, dishwasher and beer tap. There is also a washing machine, dryer and an iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, each of which has its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a rain shower, toilet and double sinks and mirrors. 

French doors lead you to the garden with terrace with luxurious furniture. It includes a dining table with chairs, large parasol, lounge chair and sofa. It is lit outside so you can also sit outside in the evening. There is also a private hot tub and a luxury barbecue. Finally, outside there is a charging point for electric bicycles and an electric car. And can you park three cars at the holiday home.

  • With each booking, a one-off fee of EUR 10 will be charged for participation in sports and games activities.
  • Holiday park Roodewoud is under construction and construction work is still taking place. The park is making every effort to minimise possible inconvenience.

Location and surroundings

Rolde, Drenthe

Rolde is an esdorp and has several brinks. In the village itself you can find a bakery, greengrocer, supermarkets, bicycle repair shop (rental), catering and more. Public transport is a few hundred meters away. The village even has two "own" hunebeds. Rolde is located in the river landscape of the Drentse Aa - here you will find streams that meander through a beautiful landscape, which hardly occurs in our country anymore. The cool stream valley of the Drentse Aa is therefore a truly unique Dutch cultural landscape, and also an official sanctuary. There are many beautiful cycling and walking routes here. The Balloërveld is located just north of Rolde
