Rurally located 4 people apartment near Callantsoog

This four-people apartment in a rural location is located in the village of 't Zand in Kop van Noord Holland. This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of an outbuilding of the original farm. It is located in a beautiful rural area with a magnificent view over the flower fields and with the North Sea beach of Callantsoog less than 10 minutes by car. For children there is a playground with, among other things, a trampoline, cable car, a seesaw and football goals. A Shetland pony and a family of sheep also live in the spacious garden. From the apartment it is perfectly possible to cycle in the nearby dunes and the beach or to discover one of the nice pictures in the area. Are you looking for a nice holiday address for the whole family? Then you've come to the right place!

Layout

The stairs lead to the hall of the first floor. Here is a living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a smart TV. From the balcony you have a view of the sheep and the bulb fields. There is a beautiful, large kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and a dryer. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed 180/220 and one with two single beds. The beds are made on arrival. There is a spacious garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque.

't Zand is located in the tip of North Holland. It is a small village in rural surroundings with beautiful flower bulb fields. For nature lovers and beachgoers, 't Zand is the perfect place to stay. Eendenkooi 't Zand, a nature reserve and park, is nearby. Here you can enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature. Not far from 't Zand is Callantsoog: a lively seaside resort. Relax on the North Sea beach or cycle through the dunes. In the dunes, you will find nature reserve Zwanenwater with dune lakes. Very rare plants can be found here. Schagen's historic city centre is also worth a visit. Walk through the narrow shopping streets or sit down at the cozy terraces.

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Familie Zwart sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist viel größer, als sie auf den Bildern wirkt und hat alles, was man braucht. Familie Zwart ist sehr gastfreundlich und liebevoll. Wir haben uns herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht.

Ruim, fijn appartement, met veel faciliteiten. Het contact met de verhuurders was prettig. Het huisje was bij aankomst niet erg schoon. Veel spinnenwebben, vies aanrecht, etc. Ook was een groot nadeel dat het toilet geen ventilatiemogelijkheden had.

Beste Laurens Dank je wel voor je review! Jammer dat je tijdens je verblijf niks over de schoonmaak hebt gezegd, dan hadden wij het zeker voor je opgelost. Er zijn in het appartement 2 toiletten waarvan 1 inderdaad geen ventilatie heeft, maar dat gaan we oplossen. Nogmaals dank voor je commentaar, daar leren we alleen maar van!
