Luxury 8 person holiday villa on holiday resort in Tholen - Zeeland

Ready for a family vacation? This luxury villa is the ideal home for a vacation with eight people. This vacation home is located on Holiday Park Waterrijk Oesterdam. The vacation park is just steps away from the Oesterdam. The Oester dam is the perfect place for a walk or a bike ride. Its unique location makes it centrally located and from here you can discover all of Zeeland. There are also good connections to cities such as Rotterdam, Goes and Antwerp. The villa is located in the town of Tholen. Tholen is fully equipped with supermarkets and restaurants. Tholen also has narrow, winding streets and authentic houses. In short, this villa is in the ideal place for a wonderful vacation.

Layout

This eight-person vacation villa has a spacious living room equipped with a sitting area television, DVD player, CD player, radio and a cozy fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. From the kitchen you look onto the dining area, where you can dine with the whole family. On the first floor you will find the first bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. The toilet is separate. On the second floor you have three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, the third bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Outside the villa you have a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. There is parking for two cars.

  • The holiday villas at the Oester Dam Resort can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the resort. The organisation of club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other groups with a festive character is not permitted.
  • The optional additional service package includes two toilet rolls, three dishwasher tablets and two large rubbish bags.
  • Exterior and interior may differ between one accommodation and the other and might deviate from the photos.
  • Bringing a own boat is on request, for this you can contact our guest service.

Tholen, Zeeland

Tholen the city is located on the island of the same name. Here you combine city with nature. In fact, the island itself is known for its beautiful nature, consisting of flower dikes and narrow polder roads. To fully enjoy this, many cycling and walking routes have been laid out so that you can explore the island at your own pace. The Oosterschelde is in constant motion, at low tide almost a third of it falls dry, and the continual movement creates a rich breeding ground that many birds love to use as a stopping place or wintering place. Underwater you can enjoy the abundance of life and the beautiful underwater nature, the Oosterschelde is the most important diving center of the Netherlands.
