Durable characteristic 2 person vacation farm in Volkel, North Brabant

This unique renovated vacation farm for two is located amidst the meadows in the municipality of Maashorst. During the renovation old elements have been preserved and with them the character of the old farm. This vacation farm is completely sustainable, with underfloor heating, a heat pump and solar panels on the roof. The lively village of Volkel offers various amenities such as a supermarket, stores and restaurants. One of the most famous attractions in Volkel is Volkel Air Base, where open days are regularly organized. The nature reserve De Maashorst, which extends over several villages is an ideal location for hiking and biking. The bustling town of Uden is just five kilometers away, where you can store, relax on terraces and enjoy local cuisine. For family fun, BillyBird Park Hemelrijk is a great choice, with playgrounds, water slides and a beach pool.

Layout

The ground floor apartment with private entrance is fully equipped with WiFi. The house is tastefully decorated combining old elements with contemporary luxury and comfort. The living room features two armchairs with ottomans, a smart TV and sliding doors to a private terrace. The open kitchen has a dining area with two chairs and is equipped with a fridge freezer, two-burner induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine and kettle. In the bedroom there are two single beds which can be pushed together if necessary. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the terrace with garden furniture and overlooks the beautiful meadows. Parking is available for your car, as well as a charging point for both bicycles and an electric car.
