The entire house is located on the first floor. From the living room you step onto the roof terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, combi oven, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso, filter coffee machine and kettle. The two bedrooms each have two box-spring beds (80 x 200 cm). The third bedroom has one boxspringbed (80x200 cm). Two bathrooms with walk-in shower, sink and two separate toilets. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a common room. The holiday flat is equipped with a high chair, cot, and a drying rack as standard. The Roofterrace is equipped with garden tables, chairs and 2 sun beds. You can easily store beach gear and bicycles in the shared storage room. Electric bikes can also be charged here.
