Comfortable 6-person villa with spacious garden 400m from the beach in Zoutelande
This wonderful, comfortable holiday house in Zoutelande, Walcheren, is fitted with all modern conveniences such as a smart TV, washing machine, central heating and fireplace. Kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated.
The house is situated on the edge of a bungalow park, just outside Zoutelande and has a spacious sun-facing garden with terrace and fireplace. The bungalow park offers various playgrounds for kids.
Zoutelande is situated on Walcheren and offers several facilities such as a bakery, restaurants and cosy terraces. In Summer various activities are organized. A large, brand-new supermarket with plenty of parking places is situated within walking distance. Walcheren is known for its beautiful nature and its many wonderful walking- and cycling routes, which will lead you through the fantastic landscape. There are two beach pavilions. don’t hesitate and rent this wonderful holiday house in Zoutelande, Walcheren, and experience an unforgettable holiday.
Layout
On the ground floor you will find the living room with comfortable sofa, with smart TV, CD-player, fireplace, games, books and stereo set. Open kitchen with dinette, oven, fridge/freezer, filter and senseo coffee-maker, combination oven and stove (four rings). Scullery with extra refrigerator and washing machine.
Bathroom with shower and wash basin. The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has two single beds. Two other bedrooms are situated on the first floor (one is on the open attic), with two single beds each as well. All beds have single duvets.
Outside you will find a spacious garden with large sheltered terrace with fireplace, garden furniture with cushions and sunshade. You have a private drive and parking place. Next to the house is a small canopy under which you can place bicycles.

For rentals of two weeks or more, you will receive a discount of EUR 100,00 per stay. This will be processed after you have made the booking.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity? Wir waren für die eine Woche sehr zufrieden. Es fehlt leider an einigen Dingen: Töpfe in verschiedenen Größen, richtiger Wäscheständer für innen, Steckdosen, besonders im Bad. Ansonsten hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, das Haus und die Lage sind toll. Vielen Dank dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Die Einrichtung alt, verschlissen, Sofa durchgesessen, Toilettendeckel fehlte, Betten durchgelegen. Internet fiel mittags immer aus.Bad und Toilette haben sehr übel gerochen! Wartung hat seit Jahren nicht stattgefunden - Balkon und Terrasse - lange Risse im Mauerwerk.Für fast 1900€ erwarte Ich weit mehr.Wir werden dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtig vrij gelegen huisje. Wij waren maar met 2 dus ruimte genoeg. Wanneer je met meer personen bent, kan het lastig zijn dat de douche klein is en er boven geen toilet is.
Het was heerlijk dat er zo'n grote tuin om het huis ligt.
De fietsen konden onder de overkapping bij de voordeur staan.
