Cosy flat for 4 persons on 1st floor near the beach in Zoutelande
In the centre of Zoutelande you will find this four-person flat with large roof terrace (40m2). The flat is in a prime location, only 70 metres from the North Sea and the beach. The promenade, villages with cosy shops and the beach are within walking distance. The area is perfect for relaxation in the form of beach recreation, water sports, walking and cycling. On the sea side, the promenade of Zoutelande turns into a footpath over the dunes, past Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen. The view over Walcheren and over the sea, where many ocean-going vessels sail right past the coast, makes this walk an experience. Behind the promenade is the shopping street with several nice shops and cosy terraces. Come and enjoy a well-earned holiday on the Riviera of Zeeland in this cosy flat in Zoutelande. Your flat is on the first floor, accessible by the stairs to the right of the property. The bright living room consists of a seating area with cable TV and a dining table with four chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and one with two single box-spring beds. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The spacious 40m2 roof terrace is furnished with a picnic table and garden furniture.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity?
